Return Policy: All catalog goods may be returned, in their original condition, for any reason for 30 days from the date of shipment. We will exchange the goods or refund your purchase price, whichever you prefer. Special order may be returned only if defective.

Minimum Orders: There is no minimum number of pieces that must be ordered. However, where the merchandise ordered is under $10, there will be a nonrefundable service charge of $5.

Payment: We accept checks, MasterCard, VISA and American Express. Any refund or adjustment will be made in the same fashion as the original payment. International remittances must be in U.S. dollars or via credit card.

Special Orders: The Stand Man does not charge for special orders. Any unusual costs from the shipper or manufacturer will be passed along to you, but only after you have been advised and approve. Special orders are not returnable except for defective merchandise.

Damaged Goods: Claims for damaged good should be made directly to UPS by calling 1-800-742-5877 or contacting them on the web. Please keep the carton and all packing material for their inspection (usually the next business day after your call.) Please also notify The Stand Man, so we can track UPS's response.

Shipping & Handling: We ship all packages via UPS Ground Service where possible. Shipping & Handling charges for UPS Ground will be 10% of your order or $5, whichever is greater. If ordering by mail, please add this amount to your total due. If you need another service, we will be glad to accommodate your requirements and will bill you for the additional service charges.

We recycle packaging and use recyclable materials for packing and shipping whenever possible.

Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are in U.S. dollars.

Specifications: We have provided "footprint" information where relevant. Many sizes given are taken by hand measurement and made as accurately as possible. However since many products are hand-crafted, actual sizes may vary slightly.
